Investors & Project Partners
We do not sit beside the project. We sit inside it.
For investors, banks and financing partners, the decisive question is not how well a project is presented — but who takes responsibility when things become difficult.
Principle
Aligned interests through our own capital
The shareholders of MAYVON Hansa GmbH invest their own capital in the company's projects. That means we carry not only operational responsibility, but also part of the economic risk.
We work with banks and professional financing partners and only execute key project phases once the required financing and liquidity are verifiably secured. We choose project sizes that remain manageable within our financial and personnel structures.
We deliberately do not quote equity ratios, reserves or project volumes we cannot substantiate. Specific documents are discussed in person, as far as they have been released.
Structure
What professional partners find when working with us
Own financial commitment
The shareholders invest their own capital into the projects. That puts us on the same side as buyers, investors and financing partners.
Personal risk participation
We carry not only the operational responsibility, but also part of a project's economic risk.
Structured project financing
Financing, construction costs, liquidity requirements and proceeds are planned, managed and continuously monitored — together with banks and professional financing partners.
Cost and liquidity controlling
Budget, variations, construction progress and liquidity are tracked continuously. Variations are always assessed within the overall economics of the project.
Manageable project sizes
We develop projects at a scale we can steer professionally with our financial and personnel structures.
Direct responsibility
Shareholders and management are directly involved in decisions. Buyers and partners speak with decision-makers, not with intermediaries.
Collaboration
Forms of participation
Co-investment
Participation in a specific project in which we, too, are invested with our own capital.
Financing partnership
Collaboration with banks and capital partners within a structured project financing arrangement.
Project partnership
Contribution of a site, construction or specialist expertise to a joint development.
Note: this overview is provided to inform you about our way of working. It is not an offer, investment advice or a promise of returns. Every participation is reviewed individually and set out contractually; property developments carry economic risk.
